Action Teams (Committees)
This community grows and thrives through active member participation. Here’s a little info on Action Teams, both current and possible. All could use more members. Or, be creative! Find a need and propose to start a new team to help.
Action Teams
Social Connections: Creating opportunities to relax, enjoy, have fun, and get to know some neighbors.
Translation & Multicultural Outreach: Honoring the commitment to inclusion and diversity.
Education, History & Resources: Providing useful information via workshops, website and print.
Communications & Graphics: Keeping in touch with emails, newsletters, website content, Facebook posts.
Political Action/Legislative Advocacy: Takin’ it to City Hall – or the State Capitol.
Community Advocacy: Finding solutions for issues that affect the community.
Welcome and Membership: Greet new arrivals to community; encourage HOA membership for all VV residents.
Volunteer Coordination: Help find volunteers and match them up with Action Teams or events.
Nominations/Elections: Help find candidates for the Board and coordinate the January election process.
